The earthquake in Haiti has left hundreds of thousands without electricity. Solar lighting can have an immediate impact by providing a reliable and clean source of lighting to enable the work that needs to go on for search and rescue, rebuilding and safety.

We’ve set a goal to raise $300,000 to purchase and send 20,000 solar lamps to Haiti for distribution on the ground by Partners in Health, International Organization for Migration, and other relief organizations. The cost of purchasing and shipping these solar products to Haiti is where a donor like you could make a significant and meaningful contribution to the relief efforts.

To achieve our fundraising goal, we are requesting donations - matching or non-matching - at different levels of sponsorship. In return for your gift, we will acknowledge your generosity on our website, and in our forthcoming annual report. You may also publicize your support for this initiative in promotional materials and on your website.
